This. Is. Beautiful. Went on a taco tear through Texas over the past week. Here’s the first of three from my taco adventures in San Antonio with the best of friends @sawaite @jonathanwaite. After my crash course in all things Texas (#rememberthealamo #riverwalk #texaspledgeofallegiance [who knew?!?]), we hit up @taquitoswestave. Which looked like that’s what EVERYONE in San Antonio was doing for their taco fix too. Always a good sign. Long lines. Covid-precautions. Eating in trucks outside. Solid street tacos. Not tex-mex.
