Surprises at @SundanceResort’s Foundry Grill: pretty darn good halibut tacos for

, our server rustled up some fresh jalapeños for some 
, perfect summer day al fresco lunch. Also surprising that they make their own butter (rad!), but not their own tortillas or salsa (sad!). Both are definite difference makers.
