Now THIS is a breakfast taco! With the trauma of Beto’s still fresh (too fresh), this was truly redemptive. Off menu huevos con chorizo from sous-chef and resident #chilanga, Teresa, at @TheRidgeMC. Handpressed and slightly charred, the corn tortilla she crafted would make her #abuelita and even all of #CDMX proud. Orange cheese here (or anywhere near tacos…ever) would be #tacoblasphemy. Plus that #avocado and crema! Yep. Top taco game at the top of #TraverseMountain!
