Thanks to event organizers and new gear company #Cotopaxi for including the “eat a #taco without hands” challenge. #brilliant! The #TacoGuys #tacotruck did not disappoint with a killer #Colorado #beef taco (salty rich peppery meat topped with #grilledcorn and #quesofresco).
