Scared to death of a bad taco? Me too. I was pretty skeptical going into the @maglebys_catering tacos at @tangibleschool. Felt especially too soon after an epic taco tour in CDMX. Taco glory was too fresh on the taste buds. But I was pleasantly surprised…not bad for some DIY catered tacos. And the cotija cheese and grilled corn were nice touches. But no spicy salsas?
