So much gratitude this #TacoTuesday. Celebrating a weekend of elevated thoughts, relationships and food. Just like this flank steak taco from @chispi_modernista_cocina. So grateful someone like Emmanuel cares enough about his craft to provide all of us at @summit the very best. They were our neighbors at the late night market — they were pure fire while @sandiablochurros brought some strong deep-fried happiness game. .
This, my friends, is a taco elevated. If you’re in LA, you’ve GOT to track them down or hire them for your next catered event. Everything you see here was so ridiculously delicious/savory/topped with the perfect compliment to the juicy meat… I want everyone to try it! Emmanuel, mil gracias cuate!
