Can we get a hallelujah for great tacos in Utah County?!? Plus it’s a family affair…and these guys are a blast! Lemuel and his sister Cristina told us all the back story and his intense love for seafood (they are from the beach town Culiacán—hence the taqueria’s name). And shocked that even though their al pastor was super tasty and well-seasoned, there was no pineapple to top it (it is part of the marinade, rest assured) AND Lemuel gave a true confession…he doesn’t like al pastor. We about fell over. He sure know how to make a mean one though. And this monster quesadilla was a meal on its own. I love a new, worthy discovery and even better with a brother from another mother @Jarrett.h.ingram!
