Doctored up the traditional carolina pulled pork bbq with some garlic, onions, lime and transformed these wedding reception leftovers into tender and crispy carnitas tacos—topped them off with @aloicious04’s ridiculously good homemade chunky mango guacamole. Perfect tailgate fare for the late night BYU-UCLA game. Aside from the devastating outcome of the game, this all amounted to some real #OBX magic. The unforgettable celebration (they got married at a lighthouse, had a wedding cake piñata and leg wrestling!) of #TeamZundelSmith’s marriage is the gift that keeps on giving!
