Ok…so not techincally a taco, but they’re primos. I mean, it’s basically a large rolled up, deep fried taco that just happens to be called a flauta. And we 
! They seriously tasted like the home made flautas my friends’ moms used to make in their homes. Wow. Drenched in tasty red and green salsa…and stuffed with tinga, papas and carne molida with raisins (inspired by the chiles en nogada filling). Absolutely delicious. Find mom and daughter chef team at @aztlan.flauteria in the terrace food hall of cool @mercindepend_df.
