El Borrego Viudo

After-party taco action. Organized chaos never tasted better. Can’t stop. Won’t stop. So when @buendientegdl @yoamotijuana @baja_cali_food @camerongade and I were done the guided taco tour with @piterpunk and @cocacolamx, we had to check out the legendary El Borrego Viudo. Ever since seeing the madness on @netflix’ Taco Chronicles, we had to see it for ourselves. Taking taco run to a whole new level. The parking lot is ginormous and it was packed. And there was a line of cars to get in for over a block. Ultra-fast at-your-car service by their taco army for all after-party taco needs. Atypical (not a strong achiote flavor but more chipotle) and delicious quick al pastor. You gotta check it out. It’s a great show! We estimated they served up about 12,000 tacos every day at @elborregoviudo. #jawdrop #latenighttacos
