Not necessarily my go-to at @elhuequitomx (I know I know…that’s near blasphemy…I just love more robust and spicy al pastor), who can’t get excited about this mountain of juicy, tender al pastor with an avalanche of melted cheese. Glad I gave it another try! This was 4th dinner on an epic tacolympic bike run with the crew at @acimacredit in #CDMX. ¡Hasta la próxima!

Paying Centro Histórico al pastor homage to the taco institution of @elhuequitomx. 1st stop of the b-school taco tour reunion in #CDMX had to be a classic. Just to get the taco engines revving and chased down with some limonada with chia.
