Oh, it looks good…and this cochinita pibil #taco was! But great presentation and delicious flavor (even with the handmade corn tortilla) alone do not an exceptional #tacoexperience make. It’s kinda like life—it’s just not as good if we don’t care about each other! With a bit awkward and less than warm service at @laserenatala on Pico, we’ll think twice about coming back for more. Left disappointed because we’ve previously had awesome food (like this oaxacan mole enchilada in the background here) and customer service (kind and friendly staff). Service recovery opportunity to turn taco sadness into taco joy?
