Puesto de Tacos Morelos y Balderas

So admittedly, I’m a bit gun shy when it comes to tacos de chicharrón. Not usually my go-to. Maybe it’s the PTSD from years ago when I was given chicharrón con pelos (and it was course, bristly hair…the memory is still vivid). But when @marianagomezrubio from
@clubtengohambre suggested these chicharrón #streettacos, I had to dive in. She would never lead us astray. Mild on the pigskin and generous on the chunks of tender pork, we bellied up to the taco stand and crushed these bad boys. They were juicy and tasty and that’s saying a lot!
