What makes a vampiro a vampiro?

Here’s a little behind-the-scenes action on the making of the award-winning vampiro at @mexicalitacos. Fangs ache to sink into this al pastor 
with their signature secret white garlic sauce. It happens in a flash but it’s magic! And then you add the pineapple spears. Seriously. Always my go-to. At the filming of @tacoincidence, @joshsearlechannel and I tore into this. Josh is going back to ask for a “slap in the face” (cachetada) next time.
