It’s always a good sign when a taquería champions their handmade tortillas and even tells the #farmtotable story. (Do you agree that it’s irresponsible for a taco place not to make its own tortillas?? 
). And the tortillas at this self-proclaimed “urban” taquería were good. The barbacoa was the winner here for us by unanimous vote and the guac and chips were on point. In Boulder, check out @tacoboulder for sure.
