Impromptu #tacoincidence at new kid on the block @tacoland.utah. The chef and owner both shared their passion for the taco and how they got started just two months ago. Huge props for launching a new biz in the heart of a pandemic. Takes some serious courage and conviction! And belief in how good your tacos are! 
The stand outs for us were the wasatch brisket and the crispy campechano! But I’ll tell you what…everyone was losing their minds over their cinnamon sugar peaches and “dream” dessert tacos. 
Go visit! They said they’ll be making their own tortillas soon!
