#TacoTuesday! They had al pastor on the spit…with pineapple…and handmade tortillas…these tacos in SLC’s West Valley were goooood! The ridiculously talented and always curious @SeanSevy joined me in the on-going search for the perfect taco. We zeroed in on the unassuming Tacos Mi Caramelo (since neither of us had been there) and ended up eating some great tacos, getting behind-the-scenes treatment and learning a ton about customer experience. And he recorded it all. Without telling me. Ha! Well, at least the audio of the ordering and taco devouring were a surprise. The dinner convo recording was not. Insights from the taco experience at an obscure taquería in SLC (of all places) that I believe could truly transform you, your biz, your org or family.
