Tacos “El Jarocho”

Tacointentions 2020 and beyond: live life #alwayslearning. Two import at lessons learned from my latest trip to CDMX/Mexico City with @cocacolamx’s Metate national taco festival: when taco guru and jedimaster @piterpunk tells you to go to the best taco in all of the city, you drop everything and hit a dead sprint on your way to the airport for @tacos_eljarocho for their campechano with carne asada and chicaharrón prensado. (You guys…lives up to the hype…other worldly for sure!) and #2 you appreciate his attention to detail and desire to give me the best taco experience when I text him a pic before eating to say “I made it!” And he responds “you forgot the salsa macha!” Incredible. I wanna be a friend, brother, neighbor, son like that. Next level empathy. #lessonsfromtacolife #cx #bx
