So apparently @veracruztacos is an Austin institution. Plus, whenever I can get tacos made on a re-purposed school bus, the answer is always yes. Very quiet #becauseCOVID. Got there at about 2:58pm right before they closed (and right after a big taco lunch at @Reunion19ATX. Had to get the Migas Poblanas Tacos — which lived up to the hype. And because I hadn’t had mole in a while so I got on board and pounded the recommended Doña Reyna Taco with grilled chicken doused in mole negro

Migas breakfast taco at 3PM
So maybe immediately after our taco feast at @reunionatx, I beelined it for @veracruztacos to catch them before they closed for the day (#becausecovid #tacodessert). I’m assuming @malafindley and @drfindley would be proud. 
Had to try the infamous migas breakfast taco. It was 3PM. And I’m not even mad about it.
